Mr. Robert’s profound authority in the built environment stems from his extensive
career with the Lagos State Government, where he has served in various engineering capacities since January 1995. This experience includes over eleven years dedicated to high-stakes regulatory and inspection duties at the Lagos State Building Control Agency (LASBCA) and Lagos State Ministry of Housing.

His expertise is critical to ensuring the structural soundness and compliance of every
BBSL project. His core specialties include:

• Post-Construction Audit: Appraisal of laboratory test results and distressed buildings.
• Stage Certification: Performing crucial stage certification for buildings under
  construction.

Mr. Robert is a Registered Engineer (COREN), with his credential issued in September 2010, underscoring his official standing in the profession. He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Civil Engineering from Yaba College of Technology.
